SERVICES
E3 provides comprehensive support services tailored to pipeline integrity programs and ROW maintenance. These services include dig site reviews, permitting and related clearances. Hydrostatic testing support including water appropriations and NPDES discharge permitting. Additional services include ROW vegetation clearing review, bank stabilization, pipeline exposures and replacements, line lowerings and cathodic protection.
Our staff regularly navigate federal and state siting rules for transmission lines and energy facilities. Our approach is to work as a team with our clients to successfully navigate multi-jurisdictional projects involving FERC, BLM, USFS, USFWS, BIA, NEPA and various state siting/permitting authorities.
Our pool of environmental inspectors engage construction personnel with compliance recommendations, regularly provide positive feedback and support, identify and communicate deficiencies appropriately, and document compliance. The result is successful project execution that you can count on.
Operations services focus on compliance. E3 services streamline compliance reporting, document management, and data collection. Our clients routinely seek our support with waste characterization and disposal; NPDES discharge management and reporting; CAA emissions reporting and facility modifications; SARA Title III, and TSCA compliance.
