FEATURED PROJECT

Pipeline Anomaly Located in Calcareous Fen
  • Time Sensitive DOT/PHMSA Anomaly Investigation

  • Resource Sensitive Location – Calcareous Fen

  • Multidisciplinary Services Rendered

E3’s RAP process identified that the DOT/PHMSA regulated anomaly was located in a sensitive resource requiring site specific permitting and agency approvals. E3 engaged regulators and established a timeline for regulatory processing that satisfied all parties. Services rendered included botanical surveys, wetland delineation, ground water monitoring, native seed procurement, revegetation, and post-construction monitoring. E3’s project team developed a fen management plan, ground water monitoring plan, and vegetation management plan.

E3 facilitated a streamlined permit review that maintained the client’s schedule. The plans developed for this Project effectively protected the resource while allowing the work to proceed efficiently. The services rendered by E3 allowed the project to be completed on time and within budget.
